ITS, the Library and Education Department are drafting a proposal for the "Preparing Teachers for Digital Age Learners" government grant in hopes of creating long-term partnerships with local education agencies focused on effective teaching with modern digital tools. Read more
Welcome to Instructional Technology Services
Instructional Technology Services (ITS) is a curriculum-based technology consulting resources that provides instructional design and support services to Curry College faculty and academic programs. ITS is dedicated to supporting Curry College faculty in their use of technology for teaching and assessment. As a division of the Academic Dean’s Office, the primary mission is to support faculty in maximizing the effectiveness of their instruction.
We aim to achieve this mission by developing course materials using sound instructional design principles and suitable media, by implementing practical, user-friendly teaching tools, and by offering related faculty training and support.

Blackboard Updates
We have gone live with the Enterprise Edition of Blackboard. This is exciting news for those who are looking for more functionalty within the system and for those who want to learn! Don't worry about the system being too different from what you use now. It just has extra features to enhance your instruction. Keep an eye out for more announcements and workshop schedules. Office 2007
Curry upgraded campus wide to Office 2007. There are a number of new features, the most notable of which is the replacement of the menus and toolbars with a graphical tabbed toolbar called the Ribbon. Please contact the Tech Center for access to an online training package which will highlight the most common differences from Office 2003 to 2007. Read more
